Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we can help:

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
